Voicelogging and Voicemail
TDS engineers pioneered voice-logging and audio tape processing many years before the new FRCP rules formally broadened the definition of discoverable
electronic evidence and audio search technologies reached their current maturity.
TDS’ process restores recordings from voice-logger tape or optical disk non-natively (i.e., without the equipment originally used to write the tapes),
converts the audio from a proprietary/compressed format to .WAV/.MP3 and associates recovered metadata to individual recordings for objective culling.
Legacy Data Conversion
TDS’s technical experience is rooted in the reading, extraction and conversion of business critical legacy data. Over the years the TDS team has
built up hands on experience in converting and migrating hundreds of different business system data streams.
TDS specializes in the migration of existing email archive systems to more modern systems. Whether due to corporate consolidation, or technology upgrade,
